We’re looking for a versatile Mid Full-Stack Developer for a fixed-term, part-time support engagement. You’ll join a live, functioning fashion platform consisting of multiple web apps and microservices. The goal of this first 1-3 month phase is to deliver smaller updates, stabilize and optimize key areas, and validate smooth collaboration. If all goes well, the cooperation may grow into a longer-term partnership starting in 2026.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working end-to-end: modern frontend frameworks, Node.js microservices, real production issues, and improving user experience where it matters most.

Get ready to:

• Build, maintain, and enhance features across several customer-facing and internal web applications

• Work hands-on with Angular and React codebases, improving UI quality and consistency

• Collaborate on UX-oriented improvements: refining flows, performance, responsiveness, and usability based on real user needs

• Develop and extend backend microservices in Node.js (Fastify) within a modular architecture

• Design and integrate RESTful APIs consumed by multiple frontend clients

• Dive into production bug-fixing, troubleshooting edge cases, and ensuring platform stability

• Work with MySQL and MongoDB, improving schemas, queries, and data integrity where needed

• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and environment health (Heroku / Render)

• Maintain and evolve integrations with external tools (payments, auth, chat, email, CRM, notifications)

• Participate in knowledge transfer/shadowing, document solutions, and keep the system maintainable

• Cooperate closely with product, tech and operations teams to keep delivery smooth and predictable

What we’re looking for:

• Commercial experience as a Full-Stack Developer at a solid mid-level

• Solid skills in Angular and/or React, including state management and best practices for scalable frontends

• A good eye for UX and practical UI optimization: you care about clarity, speed, and smooth user journeys

• Strong backend experience in Node.js, ideally with Fastify and microservices environments

• Proven ability to build, debug and integrate RESTful APIs in production systems

• Practical experience with relational and document databases (MySQL + MongoDB)

• Comfortable working with CI/CD and cloud deployments; understanding how apps behave in real environments

• Confidence handling live-system maintenance: bug fixing, refactoring, incremental improvements

• Ownership mindset, independence, and the ability to quickly step into a project, take over tasks, and deliver from day one

• Clear communication and teamwork in a distributed environment

• Advanced English (B2+/C1) for smooth technical communication in an international team

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3)

• Background in takeover/transition support for existing products

• Familiarity with monitoring/logging practices in production platforms
